Residents, visitors, community partners and employees should be able to find what they need faster on the website designed for smooth, service-oriented navigation. The release said it was more mobile-friendly and offered privacy protections for users.

A “What can we help you find?” » a search bar and “I want” tab on the home page will help users navigate the site.

Other features include consistency between mobile and web use, a tidy design, a navigation menu system tailored to user needs and county services, improved digital forms, and better integration of icons and media streams. social.

The website also complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act for the visually and hearing impaired.

“Our Fort Bend County Department of Information and Technology has created a powerful website that not only directly serves the needs of our residents, but also the needs of our employees,” Judge KP George said in the communicated. “Creating a fresh look while making information quickly accessible is necessary when doing business in the 21st century.”
